• You can be registered to receive requests for quotes from BUYERS OR Place requests for supplies through our site.
• First, go to NEW FOUNDRY registration.
• You enter your contact information and click SUBMIT.
• On the next page, you enter the information about your casting capabilities.
• SUBMIT these items to our "proprietary matching database"
• AGREE to FOUNDRY AGREEMENT, which allows us to offer you requests from BUYERS.
• Select payment type (check or credit card) for $300 yearly fee.
• Your company will be listed as a participant on our foundry list.
• You will be eligible to receive request for quotes from BUYERS when your company is matched through our database.
• You will receive requests via e-mail that include the company requesting, details about the request, and a CAD VIEW link to our site to view the electronic images.
• You will be asked to reply within 24 hours if you WILL or WILL NOT quote the part(s). Failure to do so will make you ineligible to quote this job.
• You may ask questions about the quote through the CAD VIEW link or directly to the BUYER.
• SUBMIT your quote to buyCASTINGS.com, on the form provided, attach your terms and conditions. The quote will be directed to the BUYER.
• BUYER will send purchase order THROUGH buyCASTINGS.com to you for acceptance.

Foundry Buying Supplies/Services/Equipment (there is no cost to foundries to use this buying service):

• Register as above, or if already registered, go to EXISTING FOUNDRY.
• Supply your login ID and Password.
• Go to REQUEST SUPPLIES.
• Choose from the drop-down menu, the correct category.
• Provide detailed description of the item you would like a quote for give as much detail as possible such as quantity, delivery date, size etc. and companies you would like to see quote the job.
• Submit the request.
• The request will be sent to our suppliers for quote and returned through our site to you.
• You can order on line by selecting PLACE PURCHASE ORDER and filling out the information requires. Click on BUY SUPPLIES and your order will be placed and confirmed via e-mail through buyCASTINGS.com.
